“Rainton Construction have delivered a scheme of exceptionally high quality and workmanship, inclusive of granite, caithness and whin natural stone products. This palette of materials has been used in a variety of shapes and forms notably, flags to pedestrian footpaths, setts to vehicular carriageways/ raised tables, carriageway kerbs, delineation trims and large scale walling units. The work by Rainton Construction was carried out over a continuous three-year period and also took into consideration a number of sensitive and challenging site conditions. Over this duration a continuous snagging approach was progressed to ensure any discrepancies were caught in a timely manner and as completion approached the outstanding list was minimal. Upon our monthly inspections this made best use of everyone’s time, ensured productivity remained high and a one-pass implementation of areas was executed.
